Shipping policy
All orders are usually shipped within 48 hours. Orders received on Friday may ship Saturday if not Monday. Shipping rates are calculated based on weight of items. Calculated Shipping will determine total cost of shipping at checkout. All shipping fees are reviewed at the time of packing. If we feel any order is overcharged with shipping fees, we will refund the overage at the time of shipping your order.
All orders are shipped using the U.S. Postal Service and includes USPS Tracking. Your tracking number is located in your order details and is available once your order has been labeled and posted for shipping. Your order will be scanned and accepted at the postal facility and, finally, when the item is delivered (or delivery is attempted) or picked up by the recipient or the recipient’s agent. With the tracking number, you can check delivery progress online, by phone, and by text.
Once your order is out of our possession and with USPS, we have no control of the efficiency in which your order is delivered. Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail, IN MOST CASES, the expected delivery time will be 1, 2, or 3 business days and is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee.
We strongly encourage you to first check your tracking number on the USPS WEBSITE when trying to locate your order, before contacting us. If USPS tracking shows your order has been delivered, please refer to "Find Missing Mail" for information on finding your missing order and/or filing a claim.
**PLEASE REMEMBER. First class shipping is not insured. In the event your order is lost, stolen, or mis-delivered, your order WILL NOT BE REPLACED. Priority shipping is insured starting at $50.
